Our Approach

As a dedicated Reiki energy healer and practitioner of guided meditation, Jennifer leads our community on our individual, and collective journey towards healing and self-awareness.
How We Support You

Our resources, including guided meditations, articles, Reiki, and online learning, are designed to empower you on your unique path of mindful motherhood.
Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki is the channeling of life force energy to heal and balance the energetic body, which means it helps heal and balance the emotional, mental, and physical body. It is for the highest good of all humanity and Reiki is Universal Love. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, are looking to release and heal emotional or physical ailments, Reiki is a wonderful healing modality to help release the blockages that are holding you back from living your best, most abundant life. I offer both in person and distance Reiki sessions personalized to your specific needs.
Card Readings
Card readings are a wonderful way to answer questions you might have about events or situations occurring in your life, they also provide insight into recurring themes and patterns related to your life path. During a card reading, we use a combination of intuition and understanding of card interpretation to help you gain clarity around the questions you may have. We offer basic 3 card spreads, as well as detailed 7 card full spreads, both for in person and distance readings.
Guided Meditation
A daily meditation practice was the first tool in my self exploration/growth tool box. My practice started 15 years ago, it dramatically changed my overall sense of well-being, ability to handle stressful environments, cope with anxiety, and improved my relationship/communication with others. Other benefits of meditation include: increased self-awareness, decrease of anxiety/negative thoughts, better quality of sleep, lower blood pressure, less symptoms of migraines, IBS, and depression. If you’re looking to start a meditation practice but don’t know where to begin, a guided meditation is a great option.
